Face Pilates™ was developed by AMAN Spa's founder and director, Thomas Tullo, RMT. Face Pilates™ is a revolutionary 75-minute facial treatment that goes beyond traditional face massages to focus on muscle release and stimulation, local detoxification, and tissue renewal.

Our faces house 43 muscles that are constantly working whether awake and sleeping. These muscles are often overlooked and, tension in them, can lead to headaches, TMJ pain, and other discomfort. Drain fluid, ease facial muscle tension, and relieve stress through this relaxing, yet stimulating face massage.

This treatment synergistically combines a variety of modalities, including stretching, lymphatic drainage, cupping, reflexology, facial and buccal massage, gua sha, micro current, and LED therapy. Add to this a selective use of skincare products, and your clients experience an immediate enhancement of their natural radiance.

The experience begins with gentle facial stretching to prepare your skin and muscles for the next stages. We then incorporate lymphatic drainage using cupping techniques to promote detoxification and reduce puffiness, and then move on to our innovative facial reflexology modality to target specific pressure points to reduce tension and increase circulation. Our signature facial and buccal massage follows, employing light to medium pressure with soothing, rhythmic movements and specialized internal mouth techniques that target deeper muscle layers. The treatment concludes with a rejuvenating micro-current session and a light skincare application, leaving your face toned, refreshed, and glowing.
