Meet our founder, Thomas Tullo.
The Journey
Thomas Tullo is the visionary founder of AMAN Spa, NOOR Cosmetics, and Face Pilates. He is fuelled by a passion for wellness and skincare.
Thom is driven by a deep passion for wellness, skincare, and helping people live better, healthier lives. His career is rooted in the belief that meaningful results come from highly individualized care, where science, intuition, and luxury intersect.
Born and raised in Thorold, Ontario, Thom moved to Toronto to pursue his education, guided by a desire to work in a field that would allow him to improve quality of life. He ultimately found his calling in healthcare, completing his Massage Therapy diploma at Sutherland Chan and becoming a Registered Massage Therapist.
Thom built his expertise by working across both clinical recovery settings and luxury spa environments. By splitting his time between rehabilitation clinics and high end spas, he developed a rare dual perspective, blending therapeutic precision with elevated client experience. This foundation shaped his results driven, client first approach to treatment.
Every session begins with a thorough understanding of a client’s goals. Thom uses targeted assessments and tailored treatments to create measurable progress, never relying on a one size fits all method. Each experience is fully personalized.
This philosophy led to the creation of AMAN Spa and NOOR Cosmetics, and development of Face Pilates. AMAN, an Arabic word meaning peace, safety, and security, reflects the spa’s purpose to offer a safe, nurturing space for clients to pursue their wellness goals. NOOR, meaning light, represents Thom’s skincare philosophy of enhancing each individual’s natural glow from within.
Since founding AMAN and NOOR, Thom has developed best in class signature treatments and expanded into education, training other practitioners through programs such as his Face Pilates™ certification.
Thom’s philosophy is simple: to measurably improve quality of life by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and treating injury through a highly individualized approach that supports both mind and body.
